SEGUN AINA is the Executive Chairman. He had extensive work experience in the financial services sector including his service as Chief Executive Officer of Fountain Trust Bank (now member of Springbank) reputed for its innovative Information Technology oriented services. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of London and Nigeria (where he is the First Vice President), a Member of the Canadian Council on Africa and Toronto Board of Trade, in addition to other local/community and foreign affiliations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Masters in Banking and Finance from top rated universities in addition to programs in top business schools – i.e. Lagos Business School, Nigeria INSEAD, France and IMD Switzerland. During his career, he has initiated, led, supervised and participated in a number of turnaround and pioneering/richly rewarding projects.

DELE ADEKOYA, Principal Associate and Director in Fintech, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of financial services experience at executive management level. His versatility stands out in the areas of International Trade and Banking operations, product monitoring, control, development and Risk Management.
He hold a Bachelors degree in Economics with second class upper as well as a Masters degree in Banking and Finance, the best in his graduating class.

DR. BISI AINA is Director and Solution Architect of Fintech. He is a result-driven IT professional with extensive experience in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning solutions - ERP and other specialized applications. Possess an in-depth understanding of emerging markets as it relates to technology. Has extensive experience in leading ERP implementation solutions. Successfully planned and directed many activities that have provided innovative information technology solutions in North America (USA & Canada) and Africa.
As an oracle certified application developer (OCP) and database administrator (OCP) he has strong knowledge of oracle tools and architecture along with Unix and NT operating systems.

The Executive Board is supported by a team of well trained managers and officers with diversified skills and experience. In addition, Fintech has a long list of external associates on call to participate in major projects as and when their services are required.
